IT Coordinator

About the role

Vanta, part of the Land Sterling Group, is seeking an IT Coordinator to support the delivery and coordination of IT infrastructure, networking, and smart technology projects across residential and commercial sites. This role is ideal for a technically‑strong professional looking to deepen experience in structured cabling, WiFi systems, and home automation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and delivery of IT and technology projects on site.
• Support structured cabling and network infrastructure installations.
• Deploy and troubleshoot WiFi systems and networking equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and on‑site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Install and configure smart home and home‑automation systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, quotations, estimations, and project reports.
• Conduct site visits, liaise with clients, and monitor project timelines.
• Provide general IT support and technical assistance throughout projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or smart technology.
• Exposure to structured cabling and network infrastructure.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking and WiFi deployment.
• Familiarity with smart home or home‑automation systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and a positive attitude toward learning.
