IT Coordinator – On‑site (UAE National)

About the role

The IT Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation of Al Marwan Group’s IT infrastructure across its head office in Sharjah. This on‑site position is open exclusively to UAE nationals and involves providing first‑level technical support and maintaining system security.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑level support for hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Install, configure and maintain IT equipment, user accounts and security measures.
• Coordinate IT projects, system upgrades and manage software licenses, warranties and asset inventory.
• Perform regular data backups and verify their integrity.
• Document IT procedures, system configurations and troubleshooting guides.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid passport and family book.
• Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in an IT environment.
