IT Cybersecurity Expert

About the role

The IT Cybersecurity Expert will lead the design, engineering and deployment of advanced security solutions to protect the organization’s systems, networks, applications and data across the Dubai office. This senior‑level position focuses on Microsoft 365 security, cloud identity, endpoint protection and security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering, design and implementation of security controls for systems, networks, applications and information assets.
• Implement and administer cyber‑security platforms such as EDR, WAF, PAM and email security, including optimisation and vendor management.
• Deploy, configure and manage SIEM platforms, creating detection use cases, correlation rules, dashboards and reports.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive information security policy framework aligned with international standards.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews, compliance assessments, gap analyses and audits.
• Prepare compliance reports and manage regulatory submissions.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing a global Microsoft 365 tenant (GCC G5) and implementing security governance.
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Identity Protection and authentication policies.
• Proven ability to design and operate Microsoft Purview, Intune, Windows 365 and endpoint security solutions.
• Experience in security incident response using Microsoft Defender and related tools.
