IT Executive – E-Commerce

About the role

The IT Executive – E‑Commerce will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for end‑point devices, network infrastructure and the company’s e‑commerce platform at Plaza Premium Group’s Abu Dhabi location. The role ensures smooth operation of hardware, software and digital channels to support business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support via phone, email, chat and ticketing system, logging and resolving incidents.
• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other peripherals, including OS and application configuration.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN and WAN connectivity issues and coordinate escalations to infrastructure teams.
• Maintain IT asset records, manage provisioning for new joiners and recovery for leavers.
• Monitor e‑commerce website availability, investigate transaction‑related incidents and assist with releases and testing.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant IT support experience, preferably in a large or multinational environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
