IT Graduate Officer – Emirati Talent

About the role

The Graduate Officer will join the bank’s IT team to support and enhance its technology infrastructure. You will assist in daily maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to projects that improve IT services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day maintenance and support of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support deployment, configuration, and upgrading of IT equipment and software.
• Maintain documentation related to IT policies, procedures, and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand technology needs and provide timely solutions.
• Participate in IT projects, including testing and implementation phases.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
• Provide end‑user support, including training and guidance on technology tools and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and software applications.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
