IT Infrastructure Executive – UAE (Ajman/Sharjah)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Executive to manage, secure, and optimise the enterprise IT environment for a leading flour manufacturing company in the UAE. This hands‑on role ensures high availability, performance and security of servers, networks, cloud platforms and end‑user computing across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain and support Windows and Linux servers, storage, backup solutions and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Monitor system and network performance, proactively resolve incidents and manage LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls and switches.
• Provide Level 2/3 infrastructure support to the internal helpdesk team.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file/print services and Group Policy.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, patching, antivirus and security hardening.
• Maintain up‑to‑date infrastructure documentation, diagrams and configuration records.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs and service providers, and support IT audits and compliance.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure (systems, network, security, support).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Windows Server or CCNA are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, clear communication and ability to work under pressure.
