IT Manager – Global Operations

About the role

Magna Financial is seeking a proactive IT Manager to lead the technology function across its growing international business. Based in Business Bay, Dubai, the role is fully onsite and supports relocation for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations across multiple offices and remote teams.
• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, networks and user devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and general IT issues.
• Maintain Microsoft environments, business applications and core infrastructure.
• Own and support the CRM system, ensuring user access, data integrity and performance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, software licensing and device inventories.
• Develop and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Support IT security, governance, access controls and risk‑management initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to identify and implement technology initiatives that enable business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support, systems administration or IT management within a business environment.
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and networks.
• Experience managing Microsoft‑based environments and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work closely with leadership, HR and external vendors.
