IT Manager - Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

About the role

Hilton is looking for an IT Manager for its hotels team, based at the Dubai Palm Jumeirah property. The role covers IT strategy and support across multiple sites, working with the Area Director of Technology Services to deliver technology that enhances the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute IT strategy and implementation across multiple properties, aligning with area, cluster and corporate objectives
• Monitor, diagnose and tune LAN and network servers, manage upgrades, directory structures and preventive maintenance to improve security, compliance and reliability
• Solve user issues around personal computers, software applications and network connectivity, and provide training and support
• Ensure compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements, including shared resources and backups
• Assist with major projects such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX and point-of-sale installations, keeping them on time, within budget and with minimal disruption
• Work with property management to keep critical site systems running and minimise downtime
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach and mentor team members, run performance evaluations and support their professional development
