IT Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead application services for QIC Group client requirements. The role oversees the full application lifecycle, drives digital transformation, and ensures compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage QIC Group client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic IT solutions.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT applications, from planning and development to deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Lead a team of account managers, business analysts, and support staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements, translating them into technical specifications and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with Anoud Tech product teams and external vendors to ensure optimal application performance and seamless integration.
• Plan and manage budgets for development, maintenance, and upgrades while optimizing costs.
• Implement quality assurance and risk management processes to meet audit and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IT application services and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong techno‑functional background with a strategic mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimisation.
• Knowledge of security standards, performance benchmarks, and regulatory compliance.
