IT Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands‑on IT Manager to lead the technology function across AlphaMind’s growing portfolio of restaurants, lounge bars and beach clubs. The role will shape the group’s IT strategy, drive digital transformation and ensure reliable systems for a fast‑paced, multi‑site hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the group’s IT strategy, aligning technology investments with business objectives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including AI adoption, workflow automation and process innovation.
• Oversee selection, deployment and lifecycle management of enterprise systems such as POS, reservation, payroll, accounting, CCTV and Wi‑Fi.
• Manage system integrations to ensure seamless data flow between operations, finance, HR and reporting tools.
• Own the IT helpdesk function, defining service workflows, SLAs and providing hands‑on support to venue staff.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure service levels are met.
• Control the IT budget, procurement and asset inventory, establishing governance and lifecycle standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management or digital transformation role.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise IT implementations and system migrations in multi‑site environments.
• Strong experience in helpdesk operations, vendor management and IT governance.
• Experience with ERP, CRM and business systems integration is highly valued.
