IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will lead the technology function for a luxury hospitality brand, ensuring seamless IT services for guests and staff while supporting the business’s commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, telecommunications, security systems and peripheral devices.
• Manage the support desk, capture incidents, and ensure timely resolution of guest and staff requests.
• Collaborate with business users to optimise applications, automate processes and enhance service delivery.
• Lead vendor relationships, project‑manage IT implementations and maintain change‑management governance.
• Develop and deliver technical training, conduct performance reviews and support recruitment of IT staff.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of senior IT management experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and ability to drive profitability while controlling costs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with guests, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership, organisational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
