IT Network & Systems Engineer – Immediate Hire

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Network & Systems Engineer to join our fast‑paced office in Dubai. The role involves managing the Windows Server environment, Microsoft 365 suite, and the entire network infrastructure while providing day‑to‑day support to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Office apps).
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN and WLAN networks, including DNS, DHCP, IP addressing and VPN connections.
• Administer firewalls, remote‑access solutions and ensure secure VPN connectivity.
• Handle CRM system administration, user provisioning and access permissions.
• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software and network issues across the office.
• Perform regular backups, monitor system health and manage disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Maintain office cabling, routers, switches and other networking equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software and IT service contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support, network administration or systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WLAN.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting skills for hardware, software and network problems.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.
