IT Network & Systems Engineer – Immediate Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Network & Systems Engineer to join our fast‑paced office in Dubai. The role involves managing the Windows Server environment, supporting end‑users, and ensuring the reliability of our LAN/WAN, WLAN and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Office apps).
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN and WLAN networks, including DNS, DHCP, IP addressing and VPN connections.
• Maintain office IT infrastructure – cabling, routers, switches and related devices.
• Provide end‑user support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage CRM system administration, user setup and access permissions.
• Perform regular backups, monitor systems and execute disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software and IT service support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support, network administration or systems engineering.
• Hands‑on, independent work style with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, international event‑management environment.
