IT Project Manager – Broking Platform Implementation

About the role

The role will manage the end‑to‑end implementation and integration of a broking platform for Howden’s UAE business. You will coordinate business, technology and vendor teams to deliver the project on time, support testing, deployment and drive user adoption across multiple offices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of the broking platform implementation, customization, system integration and deployment.
• Gather requirements, define scope and manage deliverables with business, technology and vendor stakeholders.
• Coordinate integration with existing systems, oversee SIT and UAT, defect resolution, training and change management.
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, issues and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Oversee data migration, cut‑over planning, go‑live activities and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in insurance, broking or financial services.
• Proven track record delivering system integration or SaaS platform projects from design through post‑go‑live support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage third‑party vendors.
• Immediate availability or short notice period.
