IT Project Manager – Fraud Management Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of Fraud Management solutions for a banking environment in Ajman. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning through post‑go‑live support, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Fraud Management and detection solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with business units, IT, vendors, security, risk, and other stakeholders.
• Manage requirements gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment and post‑implementation activities.
• Track and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Monitor project budgets, resources, and overall delivery status.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with banking, information security, and technology standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record delivering Fraud Management or Fraud Detection solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
