IT Specialist – Dubai

About the role

haus & haus is seeking a proactive, people‑friendly IT Specialist to join its Dubai office. You will work closely with all departments, providing hands‑on support for hardware, software and network issues while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for technical queries, both in person and online.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and basic network issues.
• Install and configure systems, software and devices.
• Provide clear, step‑by‑step assistance to users.
• Log and track issues, escalating when necessary.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding processes, managing access rights and system setup.
• Maintain records of IT assets and ensure compliance with data‑protection and device‑security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or service‑desk role.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• Certifications in Microsoft or Cisco systems (a plus).
• Strong time‑management, multitasking and clear communication in English.
• Methodical, user‑first approach.

Required skills

• PC and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
• Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration.
• VoIP, LAN, VPN and basic PABX configuration.
• Fundamental network security concepts.
• Microsoft and Cisco system knowledge (certifications a plus).
