IT Support Analyst

About the role

SARA Group is looking for an IT Support Analyst to act as the eyes, ears and hands of its IT operations. With over 300 users across 70+ locations worldwide, the role is central to delivering smooth technology experiences and driving real business value. It suits someone who enjoys solving problems and wants to grow their skills within a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless IT experience to employees across all locations, from device setup to troubleshooting.
• Maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, POS systems, Office 365, LAN/WLAN, conference room equipment and telephony systems.
• Proactively identify recurring issues and design scalable solutions; monitor system health, manage alerts and keep patch/update schedules up to date.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors for day-to-day operations and special projects.
• Own IT processes during critical operations such as stock counts, and travel to showrooms and warehouses when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English, spoken and written, able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• 2-3 years of hands-on IT support experience in a multi-site environment, ideally retail or service-oriented.
• Ability to manage SLAs, triage tickets and handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Windows OS, network devices, remote access tools, mobile devices and retail POS setups.
• Flexible and mobile, able to support locations across the UAE when needed.
