IT Support Engineer

About the role

Kazamer Tax Consultant seeks a skilled IT Support Engineer to manage day‑to‑day technology needs for its Dubai office. The role focuses on delivering timely technical assistance, maintaining reliable IT operations, and supporting employees across hardware, software, and network issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and IT‑related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, applications, and network equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, network, and connectivity problems.
• Set up user accounts, email accounts, devices, and required software.
• Monitor basic network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Perform regular system updates, security checks, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with data backup and recovery procedures.
• Manage IT support requests and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Previous experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple technical issues and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows).
• Fundamentals of networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
• Understanding of IT security and data‑protection practices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting printers and peripheral devices.
