About the role
GR IT Services is hiring an IT Support Engineer in Dubai for its managed services clients. The role covers Level 1 and Level 2 support, Microsoft 365 administration, network troubleshooting and client reviews, with senior engineers available alongside you.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science
- 1-3 years of experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset
Required skills
- Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Exchange
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus
