IT Support Manager

About the role

We're seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This senior, hands‑on role involves troubleshooting issues, setting up equipment, managing vendors, and leading a small, distributed IT support team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations, maintaining network infrastructure and ensuring performance and security.
• Lead, mentor and expand a distributed IT support team as the company scales into new markets.
• Manage vendor relationships, procure equipment, and oversee warranties and service contracts.
• Coordinate purchase, distribution, setup and configuration of employee devices, printers and peripherals.
• Provide internal support, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Assist with network administration, including firewalls, routers, switches and user access permissions.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, antivirus management and system updates.
• Implement IT policies, best practices and cybersecurity measures aligned with business goals.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure and support.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems.
• Strong experience with network management tools, VPNs, firewalls, DNS and DHCP.
• Fluent English communication; additional language a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet tight timelines.
