IT Support Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented IT Support Specialist to join our Dubai team. You will provide first‑ and second‑level technical assistance to end‑users, ensuring smooth IT operations and reliable system performance across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L1/L2 support for hardware, software, network, email, printer, Microsoft 365 and end‑user applications via remote and on‑site assistance.
• Manage the full IT asset lifecycle, including procurement coordination, inventory tracking, allocation, maintenance, transfers and disposal.
• Administer user accounts – onboarding, off‑boarding, provisioning, access management and equipment issuance/recovery.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and business applications according to company standards.
• Oversee telecommunications services, including employee SIM provisioning, activation, deactivation and vendor coordination.
• Handle software license management, subscription renewals and ensure continuous availability of critical applications.
• Prioritise and resolve support tickets within SLA requirements, monitor incidents and coordinate with internal IT teams.
• Support IT projects, office relocations, infrastructure upgrades and regional technology rollouts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on IT support or help‑desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and installing software.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
