IT Support Specialist – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join Dubai Medical University Hospital’s technology team. The role focuses on delivering first‑line technical assistance to clinical and administrative staff, ensuring that all IT services run smoothly in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software and network issues reported by users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents on desktops, laptops, printers and other medical IT equipment.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, peripherals and related infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, email access and system permissions in accordance with security policies.
• Support hospital information systems and contribute to day‑to‑day IT operations.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Healthcare experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
