IT Trainee – Dubai (UAE Nationals only)

About the role

We are seeking a Dubai‑based UAE national to join our IT team as a trainee. Working from our newly renovated Arenco Tower office in Dubai Media City, you will support both on‑site and remote workstation assistance while gaining hands‑on experience under senior guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Log incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, capturing accurate user details.
• Provide on‑site and remote troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Perform basic user administration such as password resets, account unlocks and AD user set‑up under supervision.
• Maintain documentation, update trackers, inventories and incident records.
• Shadow senior team members on system administration, CRM support and routine reviews, and complete assigned training.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of Windows, networking fundamentals and Microsoft 365.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• UAE passport and family book.
• Eager to learn, patient with users and detail‑oriented in record‑keeping.
