IT & Web Support Specialist

About the role

A client of Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is looking for a multi-skilled IT & Web Support Specialist to own the day-to-day IT needs of the company. It is a hands-on, on-site role in Dubai covering internal tech infrastructure, basic website and social media updates and light graphic design. The salary is tax-free, up to AED 6,000 per month, with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain office computers, printers, security settings, backups and IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software troubleshooting and email setup.
• Set up and maintain new devices, Wi-Fi routers and secure network performance.
• Support the company's websites with basic updates, CMS edits, image changes and plugin maintenance.
• Help upload social media content and create graphics for marketing using tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Coordinate with external vendors on outsourced technical tasks and installations.
• Maintain software licenses, data backups and internal IT records.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in general IT support, web maintenance or office technology.
• Must be based in Dubai or ready to relocate immediately.
• Ability to take initiative, troubleshoot independently and handle several tasks at once.

Required skills

• Basic web development or CMS tools (WordPress or similar).
• Graphic tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva for simple marketing tasks.
• Windows and Mac troubleshooting, basic networking and computer security setup.
• Exposure to AI tools or office automation is a bonus but not required.
