JIRA Administrator and Configurator

About the role

Stellar Technologies is expanding its internal delivery platform to support hybrid Agile/Waterfall projects across the GCC. The company seeks a JIRA Administrator and Configurator to own the end‑to‑end JIRA environment, from implementation to post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain JIRA workflows, schemes, screens and fields for both Scrum and hybrid Waterfall projects.
• Build and sustain executive‑level and project‑manager dashboards that aggregate multiple projects for portfolio visibility.
• Set up critical‑path tracking for Kanban‑Waterfall hybrid projects using native JIRA features or plugins.
• Create and manage standard project templates for consistent Waterfall delivery.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards covering sprint metrics, milestone status, testing progress and portfolio KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on JIRA configuration and administration experience.
• At least 5 full‑lifecycle JIRA implementations across Scrum, Kanban and team‑managed project types.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, governed JIRA solutions.
