Joinery and Fit‑Out Supervisor

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking a motivated Joinery and Fit‑Out Supervisor to lead on‑site activities for interior fit‑out and joinery projects. The role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring work meets quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily joinery and fit‑out activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and workers.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship quality and compliance with company standards.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials and equipment.
• Track project progress and report updates to management.
• Resolve site issues to achieve timely task completion.
• Maintain health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and keep proper documentation.
• Support project handover and rectification activities as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in joinery and interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery works, fit‑out materials and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Leadership and team supervision capabilities.
• Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Technical drawing interpretation.
