Junior Accountant (E-Commerce)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. The role focuses on supporting daily accounting operations for e‑commerce platforms, handling inventory accounting and assisting with cost analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Manage sales reconciliations for Amazon and Noon marketplaces.
• Monitor and reconcile marketplace payments, commissions, and deductions.
• Assist in inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and inventory valuation.
• Prepare product costing and support cost analysis activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Assist with VAT‑related documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience handling Amazon and Noon marketplace accounting is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management and product costing.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
