Junior Architect – Luxury Residential Projects (Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to support the design and delivery of luxury residential projects in Dubai on a maternity‑cover basis. You will work closely with the Senior Design Manager and multidisciplinary consultants to ensure design excellence from concept through advanced development stages.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to design development of penthouses, apartments, duplexes and amenities from schematic to detailed design.
• Perform area verification and polyline audits to ensure compliance with approved documentation.
• Review general layout drawings against lead consultant packages for consistency and coordination.
• Coordinate, archive and submit CAD packages, monitor progress and verify deliverables.
• Develop and manage prototype classification systems and colour‑coding coordination with design houses.
• Conduct technical studies such as parking analyses, GFA calculations and milestone evaluations.
• Assist in coordination with multidisciplinary consultants and external stakeholders.
• Support evaluation of premium white goods and sanitary ware through market research.
• Study wet areas and create standardized design criteria for all unit types.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 2–4 years of experience in architectural design, preferably residential or mixed‑use.
• Strong understanding of luxury design standards and materials.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of area calculations, polyline audits and layout verification.
• Experience with prototype classification and colour‑coding coordination.
