About the role
Market Securities Group is offering a Junior Broker Academy in Dubai for recent graduates and final‑year students. The 3‑week programme provides practical exposure to a fast‑paced international brokerage environment and helps participants develop the skills needed to succeed as a broker.
Key responsibilities
- Gain practical exposure to financial markets and the brokerage environment.
- Spend time with experienced brokers and market professionals.
- Develop an understanding of different products, asset classes and market dynamics.
- Observe how brokers build and maintain client relationships.
- Participate in practical exercises, discussions and assessments.
Required profile
- A genuine interest in financial markets and brokerage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
- Confidence, resilience, drive and a strong work ethic.
