Junior Business Development Executive

About the role

EoneFX is looking for an ambitious Junior Business Development Executive to join its Dubai office. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of sales experience who want to start a career in financial markets, Forex, and international business development.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calls, networking, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Contact potential clients, conduct follow‑ups and build strong relationships.
• Understand client requirements and present approved company products and services.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and work toward monthly targets.
• Assist in converting qualified prospects into clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Operations and Client Support teams.
• Record client interactions and sales activities accurately.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer service or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic and comfortable communicating with clients.
• Target‑oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
• Good English proficiency.

Required skills
