Junior Commercial Card Product Analyst – Migration & BAU Support

About the role

NeoStats Analytics is seeking a Junior Commercial Card Product Analyst to support migration activities and day‑to‑day operations for its Commercial Cards team. The role will focus on managing CMS migration, preparing product and operational setups for regional expansion, and providing ongoing BAU support across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily CMS migration tasks, track actions, coordinate dependencies and ensure timelines are met.
• Drive assigned migration activities, prepare documentation, resolve issues and follow up with stakeholders.
• Support product and operational readiness for expansion into Oman, KSA and Egypt, including documentation and cross‑team coordination.
• Provide continuous product‑based and BAU support for Commercial Card Innovation, ensuring smooth execution alongside migration work.
• Assist with tracking, reporting and analysis of delivery activities, using data and analytics to highlight risks or opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of commercial card product nuances and operational impacts.
• Ability to independently drive migration tasks and meet execution milestones.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams and markets.
• Data and analytics capability is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to CMS, card platforms or core processing environments preferred.
• Comfortable working in an execution‑focused support role within a regional delivery team.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and supporting cross‑market initiatives.
• 1–3 years of experience in payments or related fields.
