Junior Creative Strategist – Performance Marketing & AI Content

About the role

RiteRite, a fast‑growing wellness brand in the GCC, is seeking a Junior Creative Strategist to lead the creative engine behind its paid acquisition on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. The role blends performance marketing, consumer psychology, content creation and AI to produce high‑impact ads that drive acquisition and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, researching competitors, trends and audience insights to generate winning ad concepts.
• Own the creative testing pipeline, launch new concepts weekly, analyse performance metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and decide what to scale, iterate or stop.
• Develop concepts for UGC, founder‑led, expert‑led, static and video ads; brief and manage creators, designers and editors to ensure on‑brand, performance‑focused output.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs and CapCut AI to accelerate ideation, production and testing while staying ahead of emerging creative trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy for DTC e‑commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok and Snapchat advertising ecosystems.
• Proven track record creating high‑performing static and video ads with a direct‑response mindset.
• Deep knowledge of consumer psychology and buying behaviour.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for content creation and iteration.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication, organization and ownership.
• Nice to have: experience in wellness, beauty, supplements or consumer products; managing designers, editors or creative teams; UGC production and creator management; high‑spend DTC brand experience.
