Junior Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this position you will help deliver exceptional support to our global customers through phone, email and chat, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback.
• Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Meet established quality and productivity standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with team members virtually.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Prior customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Strong active‑listening, empathy and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable to policy changes.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for our international customer base.
