Junior Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers worldwide, delivering accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience across phone, email, and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide product and service information, process orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Document interactions in our CRM system and escalate complex cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and educate customers on features.
• Handle complaints with empathy while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Participate in training, collaborate with teammates virtually, and stay updated on product changes.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Prior customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Strong listening, empathy, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Calm under pressure, reliable, punctual, and adaptable to policy changes.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
