Junior Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this entry‑level position you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering accurate information and empathetic support across phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide product and service information, process orders, returns and exchanges.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers to solutions.
• Document interactions in our CRM system and escalate complex cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and share feedback.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards while participating in training.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Prior customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Strong listening, empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
• Calm under pressure, reliable and punctual.
• Adaptable to policy changes and committed to quality service.

Required skills

• Technical aptitude for learning software systems.
• Typing proficiency for efficient documentation.
