Junior Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering accurate information and empathetic support across phone, email and chat. Your work will directly influence customer loyalty and the overall reputation of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate product and service information.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and educate customers on product features.
• Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and virtual team collaborations.
• Stay updated on product changes, company policies, and contribute feedback for service improvements.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Prior customer service or call‑center experience (preferred).
• Strong active listening, empathy, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Problem‑solving mindset, patience, positive attitude, and reliable work ethic.
• Adaptability to policy changes and commitment to quality service delivery.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for an international customer base.
