Junior Designer – Creative Studio

About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site position within a prestigious international creative studio in the United Arab Emirates. The Junior Designer will join a multidisciplinary team working at the crossroads of fashion, graphics, product design and visual storytelling. The role offers a rare chance to develop a broad skill set while contributing to high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support fashion and design concept development from research to presentation.
• Create moodboards, colour studies and visual research material.
• Assist with print, graphics, design experiments and material prototyping.
• Prepare presentations and visual storytelling assets.
• Collect visual references, photography and cultural inspiration.
• Provide day‑to‑day studio support across multiple design disciplines.

Required profile

• Strong visual sensitivity and attention to detail.
• Curious, proactive and creatively driven.
• Interest in contemporary design, fashion, culture and materials.
• Enjoys research, experimentation and creative exploration.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving creative environments.
• Recent Bachelor or Master degree in fashion, textile, graphic, product or related design fields.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
