Junior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The American University in the Emirates is looking for a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support its digital marketing initiatives. You will assist in planning and executing campaigns, managing social media, and contributing to student recruitment and lead generation efforts. This position offers hands‑on experience across multiple digital platforms in a higher‑education environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.
• Support lead generation and student recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop and schedule social‑media content.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare basic performance reports and help optimise targeting.
• Update website content, optimise landing pages and track results using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Conduct keyword research and support on‑page SEO improvements.
• Collaborate with the design team to create digital creatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships are a plus).
• Strong communication, creativity and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work proactively in a team.
