Junior Facade Engineer – Dubai

About the role

Meraki Group is seeking a motivated Junior Facade Engineer to join its innovative team in Dubai. You will work alongside senior engineers and designers, assisting in the development of façade design solutions that meet aesthetic, functional and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and analysing façade systems, including glazing, cladding and curtain walls.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Support senior team members with material research and product sourcing for façade applications.
• Participate in site visits to observe installations and provide technical support.
• Contribute to design reports, calculations and documentation for project submissions.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and contractors to facilitate project delivery.
• Take part in design reviews and provide input to improve the design process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in façade design or related areas (including internships).
• Familiarity with façade materials, systems and current design trends.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
