Junior Full Stack Developer – Next.js & Strapi

About the role

Statera is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to support and maintain a non‑transactional website for a major telecommunications client in Dubai. The role blends hands‑on development, website maintenance and technical support, requiring a structured troubleshooting approach and a focus on service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the website using Next.js and Strapi.
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents, bugs and support tickets.
• Implement updates to pages, components and CMS functionality.
• Monitor website availability, performance and usability.
• Escalate infrastructure issues to relevant teams and follow up through resolution.
• Document fixes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Less than 4 years of professional experience with solid full‑stack development skills.
• Practical experience with Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript and Strapi.
• Good knowledge of Node.js, REST APIs, HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with Git, deployment workflows and application debugging.
• Ability to distinguish application issues from infrastructure incidents.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills, ownership and attention to detail.
