Junior HSE Engineer

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior HSE Engineer at the early stage of their career to join a dynamic team supporting complex oil & gas and energy projects in Abu Dhabi. The role is ideally suited to a motivated UAE national graduate eager to develop practical experience in a global engineering and consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HSE standards across project sites.
• Support procurement, expediting, logistics and materials management activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations and safety audits.
• Contribute to the preparation of HSE documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• UAE national graduate with a strong interest in health, safety and environment.
• Motivated and eager to gain hands‑on experience in the energy sector.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of procurement processes.
• Familiarity with expediting and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of materials management and supplier coordination.
