Junior Materials Manager – Emiratised Role

About the role

Hilti Emirates is looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join its Material Management team. As a Junior Materials Manager you will support the flow of materials to Hilti stores and vans across the UAE, helping to maintain optimal stock levels and service performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Materials Manager in monitoring and controlling material inventories for stores and vans.
• Support the execution of stock availability, customer satisfaction, and order‑fulfilment targets.
• Help analyse days‑on‑hand, obsolescence and other key logistics metrics.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Prepare basic reports and updates using Excel.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid Emiratisation family book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
