Junior Mechanical Engineer

About the role

Fisher HR is recruiting a Junior Mechanical Engineer based in Abu Dhabi on a full-time basis. The role supports senior engineers in mechanical works at construction sites and involves reviewing drawings and coordinating with site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing and monitoring mechanical works at construction sites.
• Support senior engineers in daily site operations and project coordination.
• Help review mechanical drawings, technical documents and project specifications.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors and other engineering teams.
• Monitor ongoing works for compliance with quality standards, project requirements and safety regulations.
• Help identify and report site issues to the responsible engineer.
• Carry out other engineering-related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering graduate.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the UAE.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow technical instructions.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a construction environment.
