Junior Operations Executive

About the role

A growing chemicals and trading company in Al Ghail Industrial Park, Ras Al Khaimah, is looking for a motivated Junior Operations Executive. The role supports daily business activities across purchasing, production, logistics, warehouse and accounting, ensuring smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain operational data in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare purchase orders, obtain supplier quotations and follow up with vendors.
• Manage inventory records, material receipts and stock documentation.
• Coordinate production activities and monitor raw‑material availability.
• Support logistics, delivery scheduling and warehouse operations.
• Prepare delivery notes, goods receipt records and other operational documents.
• Assist with basic reporting, filing and bookkeeping tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, purchasing, warehouse, logistics or administration.
• Good spoken and written English; Hindi is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site at Al Ghail Industrial Park.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
