Junior Procurement Coordinator (UAE National)

About the role

We are inviting UAE Nationals to join our Procurement team and support day‑to‑day procurement and administrative activities across Gulf markets. This entry‑level position offers a solid foundation for a career in procurement within a global biopharma environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support creation and processing of purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier information and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect purchasing requirements and supporting documents.
• Track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, vendor creation and documentation collection.
• Obtain quotations, maintain pricing records and support tender and sourcing activities.
• Match invoices and coordinate with Finance to resolve basic queries.
• Prepare procurement reports, spend trackers and update procurement data.

Required profile

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities, good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a procurement function.
• Internship or academic exposure to procurement, supply chain or administration is a plus.
