Junior Project Manager – Proposals

About the role

The Junior Project Manager – Proposals will lead the technical development of FEED, PMC, EPCM, EPC and consulting proposals, ensuring they are technically compliant, commercially competitive and executable. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will coordinate multidisciplinary inputs to produce high‑quality tender submissions and execution strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Review ITBs/RFPs, define scope, assumptions, exclusions and qualifications.
• Develop proposal execution plans, deliverables registers, staffing plans and schedules.
• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls and commercial inputs.
• Support preparation of technical proposals, cost estimates, risk registers and clarification responses.
• Participate in bid reviews, client presentations and proposal strategy development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience supporting FEED, PMC, EPCM and EPC projects within the energy industry.
• Strong understanding of proposal development and commercial aspects.
