Junior Quantity Surveyor – Façade Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years of experience in façade, aluminum and glazing projects. The successful candidate will manage BOQ verification, quantity take‑offs, cost estimation, variation orders and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Verify BOQs against subcontract packages and contract agreements.
• Prepare accurate quantity take‑offs and cost estimates.
• Monitor material deliveries and installation progress.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Logistics and Technical teams.
• Prepare monthly progress claims, payment applications and interim payment applications.
• Review drawing revisions and prepare variation orders (VOs).
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and change orders.
• Produce monthly cost reports and Cost‑to‑Complete (CTC) reports.
• Maintain payment records, interim payment applications and project documentation.
• Track project progress, profitability and commercial performance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on façade/aluminum & glazing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take‑offs, cost estimation and contract administration.
• Experience in progress billing, variation orders and commercial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Excellent analytical, communication and coordination abilities.
