About the role
Our client in the Marine & Offshore Oil & Gas sector is seeking a Junior Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while maintaining accurate records and reports.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to interview coordination and selection.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, recruitment portals, databases, referrals and other channels.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers and documentation.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers and external agencies.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and analytics.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of recruitment experience in Marine, Offshore or Oil & Gas (4‑6 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of technical and operational roles in the offshore sector.
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Proven ability to meet tight hiring deadlines.
