Junior Retail Allocation Manager – GCC

About the role

The Junior Retail Allocation Manager will support cross‑channel product allocation for PUMA in the GCC region, ensuring the right assortment reaches both online platforms and physical stores. You will work closely with buying, planning, logistics and store teams to maximise sales performance and inventory efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and plan product allocations to stores based on range plans, store capacities and channel strategy.
• Manage regular replenishment cycles, maintain best‑seller availability and refill zero‑stock items.
• Adjust week‑cover logic according to the Retail Calendar and sales trends.
• Coordinate inter‑store transfers and monitor slow‑moving items, excess inventory and store selections.
• Own allocation‑related processes in SAP, SITOO and PRISM, including price uploads, DN process, ASN creation and store transfers.
• Place purchase orders, track inbound deliveries and support seasonal range changeovers.
• Analyse weekly, monthly and yearly sales, stock and sell‑through reports; maintain KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with Buying, Planning, Visual Merchandising, Brand Marketing and Retail Operations to align allocations with business objectives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in retail allocation, supply chain or logistics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple allocation processes simultaneously.
