Junior Risk Analyst

About the role

A company is looking for a motivated Junior Risk Analyst to support the identification, assessment and monitoring of business and financial risks. You will help analyse risk data, prepare reports and contribute to compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, assessing and monitoring operational and financial risks.
• Analyse risk data and prepare reports for management review.
• Support the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and document findings.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk-related issues.
• Maintain accurate risk documentation and support audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in risk analysis, finance, compliance or related roles is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage several tasks and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
